North Point Mansions:  Each year, visitors are drawn to the beauty and historical significance of Lake Park and Milwaukee's East Side vintage neighborhoods. The North Point mansions are located around the park. The park itself is a remarkable jewel that was conceived in the late 1890s by Frederick Law Olmsted. Olmsted, the designer of New York's Central Park and the 1893 Chicago Exposition, was one of the 19th century's foremost American landscape architects.

b.  German Heritage Downtown:  Explore the craftsmanship and detailing that are displayed in the architecture in Milwaukee's beautiful downtown.  Much of the old architecture reflects Milwaukee's traditional German influence, such as City Hall, Old World Third Street and The Pabst Theater.

c.  Historic Third Ward: is a historic warehouse district located in downtown Milwaukee . This Milwaukee neighborhoodis listed on the  National Register of Historic Places. Today, the Third Ward is home to over 450 businesses and maintains a strong position within the retail and professional service community in Milwaukee as a showcase of a mixed-use district. The neighborhood's renaissance is anchored by many specialty shops, restaurants, art galleries and theatre groups, creative businesses and condos.
