Item Description

Elegance in design and detail. This 4.5" x 6" shadow box is filled with miniature flowers crafted by award winning quiller Kay Charles, Lancaster, PA.

Quilling is the art of rolling and shaping thin strips of paper and arranging them to form designs. Quilling is thought to date back to the 15th century. The technique was first used to embellish religous plaques and relics. At that time, paper was rolled on bird quills; thus, the name quilling.
