Item Description

Designed in 2006 - The Jewelry Tree illustrates the playful imagination of Eva Zeisel with its symmetrical balance and trademark curves giving an uplifted, light feel. The branches hold watches, necklaces and bracelets, while strategically placed holes are great for earrings.

Eva Zeisel was born in Budapest, Hungary on November 13, 1906. Over the last 86 years, she has become a world renowned and honored designer. The most prestigious of all Eva's accolades came in 2005 when she received the National Design Award for Lifetime Achievement by the National Design Museum, Smithsonian. Each design reflects Eva Zeisel's distinctive fluid and graceful style. Her designs are shown in museums and sold in stores all over the world. The curves in the Jewelry Tree are extensions of her earlier works and, yet, were designed within the past 15 years. The world is, undoubtedly, a more beautiful place because of her warmth and sensuous objects.
