Item Description
Explore western New England from your own "home base" or just get away from it all. A short 40-minute drive from Albany, NY, the Walsh Farm welcomes you with 100 private acres nestled in its own valley: a three bedroom, two bath historic cottage built in 1831, a stone barn with a finished loft, and a spring-fed swimming pond. Hike to the top of the ridge and see the magnificent corner of the Berkshire Mountains where New York, Massachusetts and Vermont meet. Take a short drive over the hill to Bennington, Vermont or Williamstown, Massachusetts. Jiminy Peak and Bromley ski areas are close by, or just stay put and have a blassful, quiet week with no traffic, no noise and no hassles. This is a perfect get-away for any season!
Item Special Note
Sleeps six comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has bunk beds, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed.
Mutually agreeable date. No pets. Expiration date: November 1, 2011.
