Item Description
Guy Gadomski, race director of the widely popular CVNPA Fall Run Series, will guide you on 5 runs through some of the most scenic trails in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Runs will be custom designed for your abilities and can accommodate as many as 10 runners, assuming everyone in the group would be able to run at the same pace.
You will meet at mutually agreeable times which could incorporate early morning, night-time or other fun times to run. For runs over 10 miles, Guy will have fluids out on the course. The package will include as many as 5 runs on different dates. This should allow you a very nice tour of many of the more unique trails in the park.
Besides conducting the Fall Run Series, Guy has raced on the track, roads and trails for over 40 years finishing in the top 10 in age group national championships on several occasions. He has been the head coach of the St. Anselm CYO track team for the past 15 years and works with many adult runners to enhance their running experiences and improve on their training programs.
Item Special Note
Expires September 2011. Runs are held at mutually agreeable times.
