Item Description
A magical set of three porcelain beakers, slip-casted by Cincinnati ceramic artist Constantina Dendramis. Each is 4½ inches tall and 3 inches in diameter with a small lip for pouring. Here is a short description from the artist:
Microwave and dishwasher safe, these conversation pieces were inspired from my life as the only working artist in a family of chemists and details from the Baroque period. Lace from elegant feminine fashion, black shimmering metallics from Black Basalt Wedgwood pottery, and deep reds from the extravagant décor in the background of master paintings are all small details that I merge with chemistry to create these unique vessels.
