Allow Rebecca Gonzales Events to take care of your wedding day responsibilities and stresses, ensuring that all of the finishing touches are taken care of, freeing you to sit back and enjoy your wedding to the fullest!
Item Special Note
Weekend-of Package includes:
-One meeting, 30 days to one week prior to the event, at which time we will discuss your needs and expectations. Also, any copies of contracts and contact information for all involved vendors will need to be provided to Rebecca Gonzales Events for purposes of confirmation calls. At this time we will discuss the timeline of the day and begin to finalize your wedding day itinerary, which will be confirmed via email.
-Unlimited emails to Rebecca Gonzales Events covering any questions or concerns you may have as the big day approaches. Most emails sent during business hours will be returned within 2 hours. Most emails sent outside of business hours will be returned the following business day. Phone calls will only be answered during business hours. Voicemails left outside of business hours will only be returned immediately in emergency cases, most will be returned the following business day.
-Rebecca Gonzales Events will oversee the rehearsal, if your officiant will not be doing so. Also, we will be on hand to oversee and assist with the set up and break down of the ceremony and reception sites. In addition, Rebecca Gonzales Events will manage the day's itinerary and ensure that our timeline is followed as closely as possible.
Please note: This is a basic weekend-of package. Additional services not mentioned above will be billed seperately. Add-ons will be discussed at the first meeting. Rebecca Gonzales Events will provide pricing and contracts prior to any services being rendered.
