You are bidding on a One Week /One Bedroom Royal Aloha Vacation Club Membership.  RAVC is a perpetual membership which offers you the right to one-week of accommodations (arrival and departure on Mondays) at any of RAVC’s nine resort destinations including Waikiki, Maui, Kona, the Oregon Coast, Lake Tahoe, Phoenix, Branson, Acapulco Mexico and Marbella Spain. As a Royal Aloha member, you can enjoy popular vacation destinations in comfortable lodging equipped with the conveniences you're used to at home, even when you're thousands of miles away. Accommodations are roomier than typical hotel rooms, so family and friends are welcome to share.

Mainland USA
* Royal Aloha Tahoe - Tahoe Village (Stateline, Nevada)

* Royal Aloha Branson - Eagles Nest Resort at Indian Point (Branson, Missouri)
* Royal Aloha Otter Crest - The Inn at Otter Crest (Otter Rock, Oregon)

Terms & Conditions:
* The RAVC Perpetual Membership includes the right to use one week of vacation time per year at any of RAVC’s nine resort destination. The only restriction is that accommodations are based upon availability. Reservations for the Hawaiian Islands can be made up to two years in advance and all other destinations up to one year in advance. (Arrival and departure on Mondays.)
* RAVC Membership allows annual stays at any of RAVC’s nine resort destinations.
* Fees due from winning bidder:
One-Bedroom Annual Maintenance Fee, currently at $611, will be due approximately 60 days after your purchase and on each anniversary date thereafter.
 Escrow Fee: (One Time Only) $89.01
* Membership is perpetual ownership
* Air or ground transportation not included.
* An Energy Charge plus State occupancy taxes in selected locations will be collected upon check-in.
* RAVC is dual affiliated with two of the largest Exchange Networks, Resort Condominiums International (RCI) and Interval International (II). Separate Exchange Network membership and exchange fees apply.
* Primary user must be 21 or older at time of check-in.
