Item Description
A great way to sample our sustainably raised meats! All or our
livestock are fed local, soy-free, organic grains and a variety of
seasonal produce.
Includes the following:
-(1)Heritage Turkey (12-15lbs)
-(2)Pastured Chickens (4-5lbs)
-(1)$50 Gift Certificate--may be used toward purchase of pork, lamb, or poultry
Item Special Note
Must be redeemed prior to December 31, 2011. Availability depends on
season, weather, growth rate, etc. Turkey and lamb are availalbe in the
fall, chickens are available 3-4 times throughout the spring and summer,
and pork is available 3-4 times throughout the year. Pork and lamb
require purchase of half or whole animal with processing charges paid
directly to the butcher. Poultry must be picked up fresh within 2-3 of
processing or it will be forfeited.
Contact by phone or email and we will provide estimated time frames for
different products. We will make contact about a week before processing
to arrange a pick-up time and date.
