From a series of Cityscapes celebrating the diversity of color and simple geometry of our urban environment.
Andrew Sloan is a Providence-based visual artist who has been working with students at UCAP for 3 years. He is active in arts education, murals, and private commissions in/around Providence, and shows his musical, street-influenced works in galleries throughout New England. His recent series, "Petroglyphs" based on rock paintings from Peru will be shown early 2011 in Austin, Texas.
