"Olive May" is truly an event in the Marie Osmond Fine Porcelain Doll collection, as it is the first doll that was personally sculpted by Marie. Because it is so special to Marie, she chose to name "Olive May" after her own Mother, who started Marie collecting dolls when she was a little girl. Marie adds, "Being the only girl with eight brothers, my Mother went crazy buying dolls for me!" "Olive May" has large brown eyes, and short curly brunette hair, and is dressed in an adorable light blue satin dress. Adding to the collectibility of this once-in-a-lifetime doll, Marie has stitched her signature onto the body, and placed a beauty mark near "Olive May's" left eye, replicating Marie's own beauty mark.
"Olive May" is truly a collectible doll with an original head by sculptor, Marie Osmond. She has been hand-crafted with the special attention to detail that is the hallmark of all Marie Osmond dolls.
"Olive May" is hallmarked on the back of her neck with Marie's signature and is hand numbered.
