Item Description
Over in Napa Valley, Trefethen Family Vineyards is a beautiful and historic estate producing world-class wines - and it is managed by a charter school parent. This auction lot features a gorgeous cutting board crafted of oak staves from retired wine barrels (measuring 11 inches by 16 inches). Even the handle is from repurposed materials - the old metal barrel "hoops". To get you thinking about what you might serve on it, they have also included their wonderful fig jam, from estate grown fruit, and some locally made chocolate sauce infused with the flavors of their Cabernet Sauvignon. The perfect gift for the foodie on your list - or buy it yourself in time for your next holiday get-together.
