Item Description
Plant these seeds and you'll be feasting on delicious heirloom rattlesnake pole beans next summer! This heirloom bean has dark green pods with purple streaks and is a vigorous grower, often reaching more than 10 feet high. They are fabulous producers. Excellent raw or cooked, they freeze well and can be dried for later use. Was there ever a better bean?
The beans come in a 2 OZ. bag made from a recycled VYCC work shirt. Each bag holds approximately 150 seeds, enough to feed a family of 4 plus some to share.
VYCC Connection: Maureen Hark is founding Executive Director Tom Hark's sister!
