Travel packages are non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. Airport taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger. A Saturday night stay is required.

Travel is valid for 12 months from date of issue. Supplemental charges may apply for travel during Dec. 20 to Jan. 4th and Feb. 20 to 27, 2011. A 30 day advance reservation is required. Packages originate from the Contiguous US or Canada.

Any room canceled 45 days - 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $400 cancellation penalty. Any room canceled 29 days - 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation penalty of $940. Any room canceled within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation penalty of $1,880. A $100 reschedule fee will apply 14 days or more prior to arrival. Reschedule terms may not be available within 14 days of arrival, however will be taken on a case by case basis.
