Passport required for travel outside the U.S. Airport taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger. A Saturday night stay is required. Flights may not be upgraded with miles. Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance of travel. Hotel stay is valid through 12/31/2011. Hotel blackout dates: June 14-17, September 3-7, and October 1-21.
