Item Description
Plan a romantic, private get-a-way, or gather some friends for a time to remember with a week at this former fishing captain's five bedroom, 1.5 bath home located in the center of Kingsburg, NS, a charming village situated on Lower Rose Bay peninsula along the southeast shore of Nova Scotia. This house is a peaceful escape from life's everyday bustle that offers sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people. There is a bunk bed room on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with double beds in two of them and a queen in one of them, and on the 3rd floor, there is a bedroom with a full bed.
The abode is only 15 minutes from the UNESCO World Heritage town of Lunenburg, NS. You can enjoy two beautiful beaches - Kingsburg Beach and Hirtles Beach - and miles of scenic coastal hiking. Hirtles Beach offers vast sandy beaches and two fresh water ponds that are adjacent to the beach and provide a warmer water swimming source than the ocean does. Kayaking, golf, whale watching, deep sea fishing, sailing, great shops and sight seeing are all available in the surrounding area.
The house is fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, pantry, deck, lawn, outdoor shower and lots of peace and tranquility!
