Item Description
A matted and framed, dramatic print by Dale Gallon titled "The Flag Is Full Of Stars." It depicts the raising of the flag "o'er the ramparts" of Fort McHenry on September 14, 1814. After witnessing this event, Francis Scott Key was inspired to write "The Star-Spangled Banner." The overall size of this piece is 14" X 18" and it is framed in a metallic-gold traditional wood frame with a navy mat.
