THE FORGE luxury Tasting by Chef Dewey LoSasso in Miami Beach

A specially selected tasting menu for ten guests by the Forge’s new Chef Dewey LoSasso paired with wine flights by The Forge’s Executive Sommelier Gino Santangelo.

Menu highlights will include

-Porcini Seared diver scallops

-oyster “Po Boy”  mini-lemon fig jicama salad

-prawn and caviar waffle

-Pan seared local snapper, Paradise farm blossoms, cider reduction

-The Forge Chopped Salad

-Grilled Double Cut Lamb Chops, Quinoa Pancake Stack, pear chutney
