A trained dessert chef with experience in some of the best restaurants in Philadelphia, Chef Rose Johnson has devoted her life to food. In addition to restaurants, Rose has designed and managed a corporate dining facility, taught cooking on Canadian TV, cooked for ambassadors, catered a Danish wedding, and much more! Rose now enjoys catering small dinner parties and teaches cooking at The Wooden Spoon in Andersonville. Package includes “A Night in Venice” cooking class for four people in your home, including the cost of food (to be paid for by the chef). Date to be mutually agreed upon. Open to Lab families, alumni and faculty only. Expires March 5, 2012.
