Item Description
This matted and framed gliclee is by the late Stephen Huneck, author of the “Sally” children’s books about a precious black lab. The work’s name is “Life is a Ball” and it was donated by The Plaid and Stripe Pet Shop at Wayland Square.
Huneck is renowned from Nantucket to Tokyo for his work, including beautiful, hand-carved furniture and playful wooden sculptures. He’s also known for creating “The Dog Chapel” - a traditionally-styled chapel in Vermont.
