Item Description
Make your wedding or cocktail party special by having Guitarist Michael Havens perform classical and/or acoustic guitar. Wedding music to include prelude and, if needed, ceremony music. Up to two non-traditional pieces may be chosen at no additional cost. Wedding or cocktail music selection to be chosen in consultation with performer. Travel expense beyond 50 miles round trip not included. He will play for up to two hours.
Item Special Note
Michael is a classically-trained musician who studied at Radford University for his B.A. before going on to the University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, under full scholarship, to study for a Master's in Classical Guitar Performance. He has taught at Emory & Henry College, Sweetbriar College and Radford University and currently teaches Electronic Music and Classical Guitar at Patrick Henry High School. Michael performs locally with various groups including the Roanoke Symphony.
