Scott studied at the prestigious California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. His career began as an intern and line cook in the kitchen of legendary chef, Gary Danko. His culinary learning continued under, Daniel Boulud, the award-winning chef in New York, Charlie Trotter in Chicago, Jasper White in Boston and Alessandro Stratta in Las Vegas, among others. Back in San Francisco, Scott became Chef and Manager of Myth Cafe, which was recognized as the city’s number one dining destination by San Francisco Magazine in 2006.
