The city of Kunming is in Yunnan Province, Southwest China, one of China's tourist gems. Chinese citizens refer to Kunming as Spring City because it has marvelous weather most of the year. In the summer, when the rest of China can be very hot, Yunnan has mild temperatures. With this lot, you have the opportunity to enjoy this lovely city and the surrounding towns and villages while staying in a newly renovated flat owned by ISTP parents Matthew & Amy Kohrman.
The modern flat is in the center of Kunming, in Junyuan, one of the city's nicer housing communities. The flat has three bedrooms plus a spacious, bright study. Situated only steps away from Green Lake Park, Yunnan University, and the Kunming Zoo, the flat is pleasantly designed with natural materials and comes with all new furniture, TV, washing machine, kitchen equipment, and other modern amenities. Quite kid friendly, there is a play structure located right downstairs in the housing complex's well-kept gardens, making for easy viewing of children from the back patio. Security is of little concern, with a police station located just outside the east gate. Inside the west gate is a large refreshing Olympic-sized swimming pool, perfect for those devoted to daily exercise. You will find lots of intriguing shops, restaurants, cafes, and grocers in close proximity to this very centrally located flat.
Limitations: Must be used during August 2011. Valid for a maximum of seven nights. Does not include airfare, transportation or meals.
