Item Description
Four hand blown goose eggs, washed and clean inside and out, but not bleached.
The eggs are from our home flock of heritage breed geese. These are from free range, grass fed, organically farmed animals. You may read more about them at http://www.culturedhome.com/category/farming/poultry/geese/
Our son, Samuel, who now attends the American Boychoir School, helped raise these geese and collected the eggs last spring. These eggs made delicious omelets which my family enjoyed, and I would like to share these shells with someone who can put them to good use.
The fat end of each egg has a hole a little smaller than 1/4 inch, and the pointy end has a small pinhole. The eggs are approximately 9 3/4" circumference the long way.
