Item Description
Citrus Magnolia is a moisture-rich, concentrated body oil with a fragrance that is both beautiful and aroma-therapeutic. Only pure vegetable oils and the highest quality essential oils have been used in its creation. It is made with ayurvedic principles in mind (the folk science of ancient India) to maximize the enjoyment and healing qualities of these natural substances.
This blend of vegetable oils is calming to the nerves, nourishing to the skin and extremely moisturizing. A special coconut oil fron Tahiti has been added to give it extra hydrating powers. The coconut oil known as 'manoi' has been infused with a type of magnolia flower similar to gardenia. In Tahiti this is a heal-all beauty balm used for many types of skin needs.
The concentration of essential oils in this blend also provides therapeutic benefits:
- For the skin this blend is toning, healing for broken blood vessels, strengthening to the veins, anti-inflammatory, smoothing and moisturizing.
- For the mind this blend is energizing and grounding.
- For the spirit it evokes joy and may even inspire euphoria. You might feel transported as if on an adventure to an exotic land.
It is best to apply the oil after bathing when there is still moisture on the skin. Massage from the base of the skull downward, taking time to make circular movements around the joints, the shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees. Don't forget the belly too! A little goes a long way, and it may take some practice to find out how much to use. Your skin will drink it all up leaving you refreshed and expanded.
