 An ideal, upscale home for 2-3 families with children of all ages, this 5300 square foot single luxury home is nestled in the forest, at the end of a cul de sac, just a 5 minute drive to the lake. Originally constructed in 1997, this custom built home was remodeled from top to bottom in 2009. There are 5 bedrooms, 6 ½ bathrooms, 3-car garage, heated paver driveway, jacuzzi, living room, dining room, cooks’ kitchen, home office, home theater (available for use after June 1, 2011), two family rooms (one with a 65" projection TV), 800 Bottle Wine cellar (limited use for repeat visitors only), steam room & gym/yoga room. The house can accommodate up to 16 people (10 adults maximum).

A 2nd washer/dryer and guest computer station are conveniently located on this level. For those with infants or toddlers, the house is equipped with baby equipment including, two portable cribs, changing table, high-chair, booster seats, two diaper genies, plenty of baby toys and more. 

Conveniently located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, this Incline Village home is just 35-40 minutes from the Reno International Airport. Within 20-40 minutes, you can find world class ski resorts (i.e. Squaw, Heavenly, Alpine, Northstar, etc.), hiking & biking trails, golf courses and fine dining. Access, at the residential guest rate, is available to the Recreation Center (equipped with an indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts & gym) & 2 private beaches (with an outdoor pool, snack shop and boat launch).
