You receive a Pre-work Package to prepare you for the first coaching session. The materials are designing to provoke your thinking and help you create clarity about what you really want to create in your life and/career. You will begin with a two-hour Discovery Session. During this session, the two of you begin the discovery process, including assessment of your current situation, identification of a critical few meaningful goals, and exploration of your values. In the follow-up coaching session, you build a plan of action and identify measures of success.Between sessions (which take place face-to-face or via phone or Skype) you have access to Michele through e-mail, phone and text

About Michele
Michele Occhiogrosso has spent 30+ years in business, with a majority of that experience in the field of training and organizational development.  She has held positions or served clients in a variety of industries including professional services, financial services, retailing, publishing, manufacturing, government, higher education, information technology, and hospitality. She was also an adjunct instructor at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Through out her career, Michele has earned a reputation as a catalyst for change, a “go to” person, and a strategic thought leader.  

An entrepreneur at heart, Michele has been an entrepreneur and partner several times throughout her career and brings that entrepreneurial spirit and out of the box thinking to her coaching engagements. Michele earned a Masters degree in Organizational Management from The Fielding Institute, as well as two coaching certifications. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, American Society of Training and Development and the OD Network
