The Sound Of Music   July 22-31 at the Fred Kavli Theatre

The final collaboration between Rodgers & Hammerstein was destined to become the world’s most beloved musical. When a postulant, Maria, proves too high spirited for religious life, she is dispatched to serve as governess for the seven children of a widowed naval captain. Watch as Maria’s growing rapport with the youngsters, coupled with her generosity of spirit, gradually captures the heart of the stern Captain. Featuring the enchanting songs, “My Favorite Things,” “Edelweiss,” “Climb Ev’ry Mountain,” and “The Sound of Music.” Recommended for all audiences.
