Item Description
You've seen us at the Farmers' Market each year giving away our delicious homebrew - Now see how it's made!
Spend a day brewing beer with the Knights of the Mashing Fork, Central CT's premier homebrewing club. We can teach you everything about craft beer and how it's made. Breakfast, Lunch, and a LOT of beer will be provided.
If you are a homebrewer, looking to become a brewer, or just interested in craft beer, you will surely enjoy this barley and hops-filled day.
Item Special Note
Participant must be 21 years of age.
Brew dates are generally held each month in the spring and fall on Saturday. You can attend any of our 5 scheduled club brews. They typically happen from 8am to 3pm in Coventry, but you're welcome to show up and leave at any time inbetween.
Due to the equipment needed to properly ferment and bottle/keg a beer, this is an informational session only. You will not be bringing home any of the wort brewed that day. But don't worry- we'll have plenty of other beer already brewed for you to sample and evaluate.
