Item Description
This incredible wooden New England Lighthouse (kit produced by Real Good Toys of Barre, VT), was completely assembled and painted by Arthur Johnson, CCC participant.
This dollhouse consists of the Lighthouse, the Keeper's Quarters, and the Perimeter. The base of the dollhouse measures 24" wide x 14" deep.
Lighthouse:
- Painted a fresh, crisp white with seafoam green roof, railings, and shutters with black accents.
- Rectangular windows with plastic panes.
- Round windows with plastic panes.
- 3 floors with beige painted interiors and a black ladder leading to each floor.
- Working glass Lantern with flashing bulb.
Keeper's Quarters:
- Painted deep red with blue trim and black trim around windows and door frame.
- 2 rectangular front-facing windows.
- 2 rooms on the bottom floor.
- 1 top floor attic room.
Perimeter:
- Real stone wall around perimeter of Lighthouse and Keeper's Quarters..
- Real stone "beach" with textured sand in front of Keeper's Quarters.
- Flexible, removable white picket fencing around Keeper's Quarters and Lighthouse.
- Faux green grass.
- Brown walkway.
This item includes extra white fencing so your child can customize!
