A premium-quality, stainless steel multi-purpose blade minces, chops, blends or emulsifies foods quickly and easily. The reversible slicing/shredding disc features a fine (2 mm) slicing blade that creates even slices of fruits, vegetables and other foods. Reverse the blade to create uniform (4 mm) shreds of fruits, vegetables and cheese.
