Item Description
Highest bidder may select either an articulation (speech sound) evaluation or a language evaluation based on their child's needs by Expressions Speech and Language Center. This will include a hearing screening, one standardized test, a screening in the untested area(s), a written report, consult time with the parent, and a treatment plan (if necessary).

Expires October 9, 2011.
Parent must complete a background history.
Subsequent treatment for any delay/disorder will not be covered and will be an additional fee per session ($75 per half hour).
Evaluations can be completed at school if mutually agreeable to parent and administration or within driving area of Alamance County.
