• Be sure to bring a copy of your insurance card.
• Comfortable clothing as you may be asked to go through range of motion evaluations for various joints.

What to expect for your initial visit

By taking the first step to better health and making an appointment with our office you will discover the difference that Chiropractic offers to get well and stay well.

• First, you'll fill out paperwork pertaining to your personal information (address, phone number, etc.), your health history and your current complaint. Next, you will meet the doctor. You
  can shorten this process by downloading the
  New Patient Form available on this page.
• The doctor will examine you by utilizing physical, orthopedic and chiropractic tests to determine
  the areas of your spine that could be the cause
  of your problems.
• If determined, an x-ray of your entire spine will
  be taken to asses possible problems due to misalignments.
• On your following visits the doctor will go over
  his findings and recommend a plan of specific chiropractic adjustments.
