Guided by an expert winemaker, you will become winemakers! Be part of an exclusive wine-making membership at Kings Hill Cellars located near Calistoga, CA. As members you will: LEARN and practice the art of winemaking, CRUSH Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from Dry Creek, AGE your wine in an oak barrel in a climate-controlled wine cave, CREATE your own distinctive label assisted by Tom Payne (local artist and illustrator), BLEND your wine to your preferred taste at a barrel tasting event, BOTTLE your own 4 cases of fine wine, and SAVOR your wine with friends for years to come.

New members: Please contact Kings Hill Cellars ASAP to register for the 2011 Crush.
Restrictions: Valid for the 2011 season -- contact Kings Hill Cellars early for details. Both members must sign a membership agreement before Crush. The crush date varies due to weather and is usually on a Saturday in Sept. or Oct. Press is approximately 7-10 days after Crush. Barrel Tasting will be on a Saturday in April 2012 and bottling will be on a Saturday or Sunday in August 2012.
