Woodmont accepts children from ages 3-15 years (entering 10th grade) for 3 weeks, from August 1st through the 18th, Monday - Friday during the day in New City, NY. Every group of approximately 10-15 campers has three counselors, and younger campers may have an additional counselor aide.
Door-to-door, round-trip transportation is provided for each camper. Wow! Camp begins as soon as your child steps onto the air-conditioned bus in the morning and ends when he or she gets off the bus at the end of the day. Drivers are thoroughly trained and are accompanied by hand-picked bus counselors. Woodmont follows guidelines and training practices that exceed those of the NY State Department of Transportation.
Your child will feel welcome with the warmth and comfort of home, and a dynamic program in a natural environment will foster growth and independence.
A breathtaking waterfall adorns 50 acres of beautiful woodlands, streams, trails and wide open space for an unforgettable childhood camp experience! This country setting is unrivaled in its natural surroundings. Woodmont is conveniently situated a ¼ mile from exit 11 on the Palisades Interstate Parkway, just 25 minutes from Manhattan.
