Item Description
Need to relax and rejuvenate? Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy -- and is also called Thai Yoga massage, because Phani uses her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move the recipient into a series of beneficial yoga-like postures and stretches.
Clients say Thai massage is akin to doing yoga without doing any of the strain or work. No oil is applied, so you're fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session helps release stress and relieve pain, and can enable you to function more effectively both at work and home. It's a wonderful way to jump-start your health and energy levels.
Phani is a native Thai yoga therapist, bodyworker, and Reiki healer, and is thoroughly passionate about her work. She has studied Ruesri Dat Ton (Thai Yoga) at Wat Po Traditional Medical school in Bangkok and completed her teacher's training with Ajarn Dussadee. She's also certified in traditional Thai Massage from Wat Po, studied Thai Yoga Massage at Lotus Palm - School of Thai Yoga massage in New York (with Jyothi K. Watanabe), and has offered Thai Yoga Bodywork sessions at several locations in the city.
You will literally be in good hands with Phani! Relax and enjoy. You'll feel cared for and centered.
