Lonnie Coleman is the President and CEO of the Coleman Spohn Corporation. A mechanical contracting firm established in 1994 to install heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for the commercial and industrial construction market. The company is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio and has a branch office in Toledo, Ohio.
Lonnie has been actively involved in the changing skyline of Cleveland. He has participated in the construction of such facilities as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Jacobs Field, The Quicken Loans Arena, KeyBank, Cleveland Browns Stadium, Myers University and the Stem Cell Research Facility of Cleveland Clinic.
Lonnie is involved in many professional and civic organizations in the Greater Cleveland area. He is a member of the Executive Committee for the Presidents' Council and its immediate past President. He is a Board member of Shore Enterprise Bank Cleveland, The MetroHealth Hospital Foundation, The Greater Cleveland Partnership, Team NEO, United Black Fund, National Conference for Community & Justice, Mechanical Contractors Association and the Mechanical Contractors Association of America as Chairman of its Government Affairs Committee.
Lonnie's honors and achievements include receiving the "SBA's Minority Contractor of the Year" Award; SBA's Administrators Award for Excellence; Governor's "Minority Business of the Year" Award; EPA's "National Minority Contractor of the Year" Award.
Lonnie, a Solon resident has been married for 39 years to Frances Y. Hurd, a native of Lima, Ohio. They are the parents of three children, Kelli, Kiana and Christopher.
Lonnie's interests are economic development, minority business development, youth, golf, reading and traveling.

The executives will meet with the winning bidders at a time convenient to both parties, on or before December 1, 2011, except in the case of some celebrities which may carry over to the first quarter of 2012.
Once the winning bid has been validated and collected, CAAO will request the winning bidder's bio/resume and reason for wanting to meet the executive and communicate that information to the executive. CAAO will also pass on the necessary contact information for the winning bidder to make their appointment.
If the winning bidder cancels or wishes to change the date/time of the meeting once it has been scheduled, the winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the executive to communicate any changes.
The winning bidder is responsible for all travel expenses to attend this meeting.
