Elizabeth (Lisa) Oliver is the first female president of the KeyBank Greater Cleveland District. Since her appointment in 2002, she oversees Key's $5 Billion, 700 employee Community Bank franchise in the five county Northeast Ohio market which encompasses the retail, corporate, small business and private banking lines of business.  In this capacity, Oliver is leading efforts to promote steady business growth, strengthen relationships and deliver the breadth and depth of the bank's financial services across the marketplace.

Oliver also oversees Cleveland District community outreach efforts and, in conjunction with The Key Foundation, related philanthropic endeavors primarily focused on helping people and communities achieve economic self-sufficiency through financial education and workforce development. Key's local business development activities are driven by Oliver's relationships with area business and community leaders from Cleveland to Ashtabula through their active service on the KeyBank urban and rural advisory boards.

Oliver thrives on active involvement in professional and community organizations. She is the Chairwoman for the Cleveland Chapter of the American Heart Association (AHA) board of trustees where she was the local chair of the AHA 2006 "Go Red for Women" movement. She serves on the Cleveland Botanical Garden board of directors, is a co-chair for the Humanitarian Society/Leadership Giving focus for the United Way of Greater Cleveland and an executive volunteer for Junior Achievement's Excellence and Ethics program with the Cleveland City Schools. She has lead significant fundraising events for the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center and the Law Enforcement Center of Greater Cleveland.  She is a graduate of the Cleveland Bridge Builders Class of 2004 a current member of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2009. 

Oliver graduated from Colgate University (Hamilton, N.Y.) with a B.A. in International Relations and French. She completed Key's Executive Leadership Program at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and is a member of the Board of Directors for the KeyFoundation. The YWCA recognized Oliver among its Women of Professional Excellence in 2004. She received the Northern Ohio Live Rainmaker Award in Finance in 2005 and was a Finalist for the Athena Award in 2006.  She was recognized in 2008 by Crain's Cleveland Business as a Woman of Note and is a member of In-Counsel with Women.

Oliver is active in the Solon community where she resides with her husband, Richard, and two sons, Matthew and John Pierce.

The executives will meet with the winning bidders at a time convenient to both parties, on or before December 1, 2011, except in the case of some celebrities which may carry over to the first quarter of 2012.

Once the winning bid has been validated and collected, CAAO will request the winning bidder's bio/resume and reason for wanting to meet the executive and communicate that information to the executive. CAAO will also pass on the necessary contact information for the winning bidder to make their appointment.

If the winning bidder cancels or wishes to change the date/time of the meeting once it has been scheduled, the winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the executive to communicate any changes.

The winning bidder is responsible for all travel expenses to attend this meeting.
