Item Description
Handcrafted, embroidered, and quilted by a Vermont craftswoman, this lovely wall hanging measures 23" wide x 28" high. There is a 20" wide rod pocket sewn into the back, which will fit a 1/4" pole.
The front of this wall hanging depicts a simple cross on a hillside. If you're from 'these parts', you may recognize this as the Cross at the Chapel on Darling Hill Road in Lyndonville. The sun is shining down, and the embroidered words say, "And his light shines in the Kingdom". We really couldn't have said it better ourselves.
Item Special Note
Spot clean only, please.
The artist who made this lovely piece has also offered to make any necessary adjustments to the 'rod pocket' sewn on the back. She points out some people may wish to hang the piece using a dowel & ribbon, others with a curtain rod, etc. She is happy to help adjust the reverse to suit the needs of the winning bidder, at no additional charge.
Winning bidder responsible for shipping or for pick-up in the St. Johnsbury, VT, area.
