Item Description

As and interior designer with more than twenty years of experience, Sam can consult on any aspect of a project, commercial, residential, interior, or exterior. He has worked on The North Shore for several years in retail (Zimman's & Waters & Brown) and, most recently, through his own design firm, Sam Avola Designs. ÊRecent projects span commercial spaces (New England Bio Labs, Sixty2 Restaurant & Wine Bar, Brenden Crocker's Wild Horse Cafe, The Inn on Washington Square) while residential projects (The Elks Building on North Street) allow him to work on historic local properties. ÊAlthough he often works on large scale projects, his true love is consulting with an individual home owner to help them complete a room or two in their home; nothing is more satisfying. ÊOver the years, he has had the privilege of working with countless people in the area on every aspect of their projects from selecting the perfect tint of white for their trim paint to consulting with their architects & builders on additions and new construction. His areas of expertise are the following: Paint Color Wallpaper Fabric Furniture, case goods & upholstery, both new & antique Custom Window Treatments & Bedding Door & Cabinet Hardware Lighting Area Rugs Original Artwork / Photography Accessories Furniture placement Real Estate Staging
