"Wear Words - Celebrate Culture". Local designer, Michelle Hamman, is doing her part to preserve and celebrate languages with her home-based T-shirt business. Mother Tongues designs draw upon uplifting foreign-language phrases to express ideas about social justice, cooperation and love. 

 

The apron fits in the kitchen or at the BBQ and is a great gift for passionate cooks! Big enough to keep splatters off clothes, with adjustable neck loop and waist ties. Center pocket with 3 compartments. Water-based printing on 55% Organic Cotton, 45% Recycled Polyester. Pakistan, fair labor.

 

Includes (3) pair knee high socks. One sock has the words Shalom-Salam/Zen/Ubuntu on it; the other sock reads Let peace and justice kiss; Just be - be just; and I am because we are.

 

One pair each olive, blue and black. size 9-11. 68.3% Certified Organic Cotton, 29.6% Nylon, 2.1% Spandex. Fair labor, made in the USA. Water-based printing on Maggie's Organics knee high socks.

The soft, light weight scarf is made with fair labor from 100% certified organic cotton, by a family-owned-and-operated knitter in Costa Rica. The water-based printing was done in Michigan. The design shows various MotherTongues words from around the world, together with sayings describing community building and mindful living.
