Prior to joining Forest City Enterprises, Andy was a senior partner with O'Brien, Passen & Associates, Inc., where he was involved in a wide variety of client engagements, including organizational restructuring, executive teambuilding and leadership assessment and development. A particular area of expertise was Andy's involvement in the integration of acquired companies, where he has assisted management in assessing executive talent and identifying potential problems of "fit" with regard to organizational culture, norms and values.
In addition to process consultation, Andy has been a regular presenter at executive retreats and has developed specialized training programs for clients in the areas of mentoring and emotional intelligence. Prior to O'Brien, Passen & Associates, Andy was a senior consultant with an international practice of organizational psychologists. He is a licensed psychologist and earned a Masters Degree from Cleveland State University and a Ph. D. from Kent State University.

The executives will meet with the winning bidders at a time convenient to both parties, on or before December 1, 2011, except in the case of some celebrities which may carry over to the first quarter of 2012.
Once the winning bid has been validated and collected, CAAO will request the winning bidder's bio/resume and reason for wanting to meet the executive and communicate that information to the executive. CAAO will also pass on the necessary contact information for the winning bidder to make their appointment.
If the winning bidder cancels or wishes to change the date/time of the meeting once it has been scheduled, the winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the executive to communicate any changes.
The winning bidder is responsible for all travel expenses to attend this meeting.
