With their sense of wonder, desire for knowledge and great physical flexibility, children are natural yogis.  Kids Yoga is a wonderful opportunity for children to enhance self awareness, imagination and creativity, improve social interaction and aid in relaxing their bodies and minds. Through fun warm-ups, breathing games, dances, yoga poses, and relaxation exercises, children are encouraged to maintain focus, work on strength, balance, coordination and flexibility all in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.

Instructor Marley Keller's (RYT 500, ERYT-200) extensive background in dance and developmental psychology helped set the foundation for her future in teaching yoga to children and adults.  After receiving her 200 hour teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, she went on to complete further training at the 500 hour level at Golden Heart Yoga with Jenny Otto and Lynn Matthews.   Marley continues to deepen her practice through her studies with Yogarupa Rod Stryker, and is in the process of working towards a Parayoga certification.   Through her understanding of movement and psychology, Marley has developed her own unique kids yoga programming that encourages each child to explore the connection between their body, mind and spirit in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.  Marley's yoga classes emphasize breath, alignment, and body awareness.  Her goal is to help students create a greater connection between their body, mind and spirit.
