Item Description
Win "Displacement of One Such Thing", a photograph by Bay Milin featured in the Academy Award nominated film, "Rabbit Hole."
A message from the artist:
My photograph, "displacement of one such thing," is about a moment in time when everything feels empty, insurmountable odds are against you, and the outlook for happiness looks bleak. it is about confronting those fears, anxieties, and giving a moment of pause to see the bottom.
Once you witness the bottom, and are enveloped within its darkness, in its sadness, you will begin to see a shift towards light and hope. this piece is about the transition of anguish into strength, and the potential for us all to find a moment of bravery.
this photograph was featured in the background art design in the feature film "rabbit hole."
