Item Description
A healthy start to summer! Over the last 20 years, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) has become a popular way for consumers to buy local, seasonal food from a farmer by offering "shares" to the public. Typically these shares consist of a box of vegetables, but other farm products may be included. Brightwood Inn and Farms is using their CSA membership to provide a 20 week "share" with access to over 60 varieties of fresh, nutritious, organic, vegetables throughout this growing season (Spring to October). You will receive a package a week for 20 weeks beginning June 8th - October 19th (approximately.) You will also receive recipes on how to prepare the food you receive each week. In addition, this package includes a dinner at their restaurant, featuring vegetables from their garden for four people.
