Item Description
Reduce, re-use, recyle, re-purpose and create functional art. Years ago, Fr. Dominic salvaged the lumber from an oak map stand that was being thrown out of the library. Following a classic design from Appalachian settlers, he used some of this antique wood to fashion a bow fiddle bread knife. The professionally sharpened and easily cuts through the crustiest breads. Only three bread knives were made from this antique oak, and only one will be available for the Auction.
