Ravenswood Private Blending Seminar for (2) (Sonoma) - The classic California "field blend" consists of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Carignane combined in percentages determined by the winemaker for that vintage. You can try your hand at blending these three wines in the proportion your palate prefers - then take home a 375-ml bottle of the results to amaze (and hopefully impress) your friends. Stroll through their estate vineyard to examine the vines up close, then return to the cellar to sample wines straight from the barrel and taste current releases. • A minimum of 21 days advance booking is required as is a Saturday night stay.
