Shelley J. Seifert is an executive vice president of PNC Bank, responsible for the Strategic Initiatives Office, Supply Chain Management and the Process Redesign Teams. Prior to this role, she served as the Integration Leader for the National City / PNC integration. This two year integration was among the largest in U.S. banking history and resulted in the formation of the fifth largest banking institution in the country.
During her tenure with National City, she served as the Executive Vice President for Corporate Services leading the Human Resources, Public Affairs, Real Estate, Marketing, National Sales Office and Corporate Communications functions.
Prior to her role in Corporate Services, she was appointed in September, 2004 to direct a corporate-wide performance improvement program targeting both revenue enhancements and expense reductions.
Ms. Seifert served as director of Corporate Human Resources from 1994 to 2004, responsible for cultivating an employee environment that supported the corporation's strategic objectives and delivery of its brand promise.
She began her career in 1979 with First Kentucky National Corporation, which was acquired by National City in 1988.
Ms. Seifert holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and consumer economics from the University of Missouri and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Louisville.

The executives will meet with the winning bidders at a time convenient to both parties, on or before December 1, 2011, except in the case of some celebrities which may carry over to the first quarter of 2012.
Once the winning bid has been validated and collected, CAAO will request the winning bidder's bio/resume and reason for wanting to meet the executive and communicate that information to the executive. CAAO will also pass on the necessary contact information for the winning bidder to make their appointment.
If the winning bidder cancels or wishes to change the date/time of the meeting once it has been scheduled, the winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the executive to communicate any changes.
The winning bidder is responsible for all travel expenses to attend this meeting.
