Mark D. Henderson is Associate Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Information Technology Services at Case Western Reserve University. He is charged with operational improvement and excellence across all of ITS, helping deliver quality service to the university community through the implementation of documented processes and procedures.

Before joining Case Western Reserve, he was Leader, Global Operations IM at GE Infrastructure, Aviation Services, where he was responsible for creating and executing the IT vision and strategy for all systems support at the Global Engine Overhaul and Repair facilities. He also was Leader, Global Network Operations in the Technology Services Group.

Mark has other leadership experience as the Interim Vice President and Chief Information Officer at the University of Maryland, where he also was Assistant Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer. He has also held positions of increasing responsibility at the University of Cincinnati, operated a consulting practice, worked at Westinghouse Electric Corp., and Procter & Gamble Co.

Mark graduated from Xavier University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in information systems. He has been affiliated with EDUCAUSE, Dell Platinum Advisory Board, Verizon Enterprise Solutions Group Advisory Board and Cisco Systems Higher Education Advisory Board.

The executives will meet with the winning bidder at a time convenient to both parties, on or before December 1, 2011, except in the case of some celebrities which may carry over to the first quarter of 2012.

Once the winning bid has been validated and collected, CAAO will request the winning bidder's bio/resume and reason for wanting to meet the executive and communicate that information to the executive. CAAO will also pass on the necessary contact information for the winning bidder to make their appointment.

If the winning bidder cancels or wishes to change the date/time of the meeting once it has been scheduled, the winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the executive to communicate any changes.

The winning bidder is responsible for all travel expenses to attend this meeting.
