Learn what type of milk to use, where to find cultures and kefir grains, how to incubate and sweeten these delicious, healthy foods. Learn about probiotics, shelf life, mother cultures, strained yogurt and more. Taste test yogurt varieties and figure out your favorite! Participants receive recipes and samples to take home. Class lasts 2 hours long and is held at your house or chosen location. Invite up to 10 participants to your class.
